• Route manifests or Excel spreadsheets (if applicable)

We do not collect or retain your customers' personally identifiable information beyond the duration required to provide real-time routing and navigation assistance.

We may store delivery location data (not tied to customer identities) for features such as route history, driver performance analytics, and service optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Authenticate users and provide secure access to the service
• Optimize delivery and driving routes
• Provide turn-by-turn navigation and real-time tracking
• Support features such as driver performance analytics and route history

In order to enable these features, we may share limited data with third-party services. This data sharing is restricted to what is necessary to operate the service. We do not sell or misuse your data under any circumstances.

3. Data Storage

We store the following types of information long term:

• Organization names
• Names and credentials of administrators and drivers
• Delivery location data (used for route history and analytics)

We do not store your customers' personally identifiable information beyond the scope of live routing sessions. Temporary data such as current location, routing inputs, or uploaded documents is processed in-memory and discarded immediately after use, unless needed for analytics or routing history.

Where applicable, data shared with third-party services for processing (such as document parsing or route optimization) is handled securely and only retained by those services as needed to complete their specific function.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We may collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable usage data (e.g., crash reports, app session duration) to improve app performance and stability.

In addition, aggregated delivery and route data may be retained to enable reporting and analytics on driver activity and service usage, while ensuring that your customers' privacy is preserved.

5. Third Party Services

We partner with trusted, reputable third-party services to enable specific features within the application. The data shared with these services is limited to what is strictly necessary for functionality and is never sold or misused.

• Excel Parsing: We use a third-party software package to extract data from uploaded spreadsheets.
• AWS (Amazon Web Services): Used for text extraction from uploaded documents.
• OpenRouteService: Utilized for route optimization and efficient path calculation.
• Google Services: Used for geocoding addresses, map-based stop visualization, and navigation assistance.

Data shared with these services is handled securely and only for the purposes outlined above. We do not share personal information unless necessary to provide these features, and we do not sell or abuse any user data.

We take reasonable measures to protect the data processed by our services. However, as with any internet-connected system, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
